PowerAlert is designed to help users in Texas (ERCOT market) track their electricity usage and receive helpful alerts based on their energy consumption.

You may use the App only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

To deliver personalized insights, PowerAlert requires you to connect your utility provider account. You agree to provide accurate login information solely for the purpose of retrieving your electricity usage data. We use encrypted protocols and secure systems to protect your information (see our Privacy Policy for details).

PowerAlert offers usage alerts, budget tracking, and energy plan recommendations. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of real-time data, as it depends on your utility provider's system.

We do not provide utility services or guarantee savings. All recommendations are based on best-effort analysis of your available data.

PowerAlert will never switch your electricity plan without your consent. If you decide to change providers or plans, you do so at your own discretion. We are not liable for any changes made with or through third-party energy providers.

All content in the App (logos, text, visuals, software) is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes attempting to access data you don't own, disrupting the service, or engaging in illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the App at any time.

The App is provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
